At Wildfire Defense Mesh, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure your satisfaction. However, due to the specialized nature of our materials, returns are subject to the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
- All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Returns will not be accepted without prior written approval from our team.
- Custom-cut or specially manufactured items (including mesh cut from rolls) are not eligible for return.
Inspection & Approval
- Approved returns must be shipped back in saleable condition.
- All returned goods are subject to inspection upon arrival.
- If items do not meet our quality standards, credit may be denied.
- An item that is opened and cut can not be returned.
- Upon approval for a return, you will be provided a return label and the return freight will be deducted from your refund.
Restocking Fee
- The greater of our fixed fee ($25) or 10% of purchase price.
